For the past week and a half I have been trying Publix’s Simple Meals. Tonight’s dinner is Pork Chop Sandwiches. I have to say that I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of meals. Not only are they extremely easy to make, but they taste great! They come with all of the nutritional information if you are interested in keeping up with that sort of thing. The only downside is that the ingredients are a tad more expensive than I am used to cooking with. If you ever need a good dinner idea, check out the publix website, or stop by for a free sample.
Crazy reason for a new blog November 14, 2007
In an attempt to show a video to my class today, I decided to create a new blog. I can’t make any promises about how often I will post, considering I don’t have much time for anything these days.
